Standard Shipping: Non prescription glasses and sunglasses will take 3-7 working days to deliver within Australia. Regional and Western Australia may take up to 14 days. Prescription glasses and sunglasses usually take an extra 7-14 days depending on the complexity of the prescription.
Express shipping: Within Australia will take 1-3 days.
International shipping usually adds another 7-14 days to domestic shipping times.

Our Frames carry one- time replacement warranty within a 12 month warranty period (commencing on the date of delivery to you) against manufacturing defects. We will approve warranty of Frames if there is a clear manufacturer defect in the material or workmanship such as warping or broken hinges.
Our Frame Warranty does not cover colour fading, peeling of any part of the Frame or any damage caused by accidents, negligence, misuse, and improper care of the Frame. In the instance where the same frame is no longer in stock or available, an alternative colour in the same range will be offered. In the instance where none of the same frame are no longer in stock in any colour, Jnr. Specs will replace with a new frame model. No change of frame model is allowed under any circumstance unless we approve on a case per case basis.
We reserve the right to approve or disapprove frame warranty upon receiving the returned frame. Warranty does not include postage fee for you to send the Goods to us and us to you. There will be a $10.00 postage fee to deliver the warrantied Goods to you
Our Lenses carry a one-time replacement warranty within a 12 month warranty period(commencing on the date of delivery to you) against manufacturing defects in the material or workmanship such as defect on the surface coating and not in the lens itself. An example of a manufacturer defect is crazing of the anti-reflective coating.
Our Lens Warranty does not cover any damage caused by accidents, scratches, negligence, tampering, normal wear and tear and or improper care of the Lens. Our scratch resistant coating does not mean the lens is scratch proof or anti-scratch.
We do not warranty for lenses that have been incorrectly ordered. We do not warranty lenses requiring change to pupillary distance or pupillary height so please measure them carefully. We provide information to guide you in measuring the pupillary distance and pupillary height but do not take responsibility for measurements incorrectly taken.

We do not provide any warranty on cleaning cloths, lens cleaners, or spectacle lens cases that are provided by us.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your photos and details of the damaged Goods and we will provide you with a return authority number.
Send the Goods back to us with the return authority number within 7 days of us approving the warranty. The returned Goods should be returned with packaging as far as possible in their original condition and securely wrapped.
Warranty does not include postage fee for you to send the Goods to us and us to you. There will be a $10.00 postage fee to deliver the warrantied Goods to you.
There are no warranty on items advertised under "seconds sale" or products advertised for sale with minor defects.
We accept 14 day returns from the day of receipt provided The Goods are in its original condition with no damage to the lenses or frames in its original packaging with tags still intact. We do not accept returns for prescription lenses or prescription sunglass lenses.
For any defects, please notify us at email@example.com regarding the defect within three days of receiving the Goods and we have agreed in correspondence that you may return them.
No credit will be provided by us to you where a Good does not qualify for a return. Credits or refunds are only on the paid value of Goods and not shipping fee.
You are responsible for the cost of returning The Goods to us. It is your responsibility that Goods returned to us are tracked as we will not refund Goods that we have not received.
